My very first Easter holiday and also my first spring in U.K. The temperature feels like back in winter, its cold freezing but the flowers start to bloom everywhere. I decided to spend my holiday in 2 places for a week and then will keep myself staying up with books later. The final exams are coming and I’m freaking nervous. So one day after the holiday begun, I departed to Prague alone. When i arrived there, seriously i went blank after seeing all the weird words that i didn’t understand any of it. The Czech language. Then i saw the “exit” signs and followed it until i met meor. We took a bus to Meor’s apartment. My very first impression on Prague was Prague is cool. Graffiti are everywhere and i fancy it a lot. We arrived at the city centre about an hour later. Prague is absolutely a beautiful town and i love it. The old buildings are everywhere and it is full with beauties, counted in the people. We went to the apartment first to meet meor’s housemates. Ah, i was impressed again. The apartment is big! Way bigger than the houses in Coventry. The toilets are luxuries. I hope i can get one in U.K but no way, this kind of apartment will cost us more than we spend for our accommodation now. There are seven people living there including meor. The others are hanif, sufian, azizi@wafi, ikhwan, rabiee and syahin if i wrote their names correctly, im not too sure. We had our dinner out in town at Istanbul restaurant. This was the moment i realised that the meals are not as cheap as i thought it would be. I spent 130 crown for one meal. And i didn’t finish it because of the weird white sauce they put in it like the people in Warwick prayer hall used to serve with briyani rice during any occasion. After performing maghrib, we just went around and passed by a big building where a guy gave us a brochure about an orchestra performance. It didn’t take me long to decide whether to enter the building and spent half of my crowns for the performance and we didn’t even wearing any suits. And it was worth to watch. We got to sit at the VIP seats because not one bothered to sit there and i just assumed that this kind of orchestra performance just a common event for locals. For two of us, it was superb. It was like u were one of the audience watching chiaki conducting the performance in Prague in his film, nodame cantabile. The situation just fitted in very well with the super beautiful hall and one of the performance was pianist solo. Nodame-chan~ and yeah, one of the songs performed was one of the sheets played in nodame cantabile series. Just love it.
